{"id":12087,"date":"2022-07-08T11:11:24","date_gmt":"2022-07-08T14:11:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.amau.com.br\/site\/?p=12087"},"modified":"2022-07-15T11:12:12","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T14:12:12","slug":"postos-terao-que-informar-precos-dos-combustiveis-para-consumidor-fazer-comparacao-oficia-procon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amau.com.br\/site\/postos-terao-que-informar-precos-dos-combustiveis-para-consumidor-fazer-comparacao-oficia-procon\/","title":{"rendered":"POSTOS TER\u00c3O QUE INFORMAR PRE\u00c7OS DOS COMBUST\u00cdVEIS PARA CONSUMIDOR FAZER COMPARA\u00c7\u00c3O, OFICIA PROCON"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Decreto do governo federal obriga estabelecimentos a\u00a0<\/em><em>informar aos consumidores \u201cDE FORMA CORRETA, CLARA, PRECISA, OSTENSIVA E LEG\u00cdVEL os pre\u00e7os dos combust\u00edveis automotivos praticados no estabelecimento em 22 de junho de 2022<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O Procon de Erechim entregou, no dia de hoje (8), aos gerentes e propriet\u00e1rios dos postos de combust\u00edveis de Erechim, o texto do decreto n.\u00ba 11.121\/2022, de 06 de julho de 2022, do governo federal, que determina que \u201cos postos revendedores de combust\u00edveis automotivos dever\u00e3o informar aos consumidores, DE FORMA CORRETA, CLARA, PRECISA, OSTENSIVA E LEG\u00cdVEL, os pre\u00e7os dos combust\u00edveis automotivos praticados no estabelecimento em 22 de junho de 2022, de modo que os consumidores possam compar\u00e1-los com os pre\u00e7os praticados no momento da compra\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme a diretora do Procon, Andressa Battisti, o prazo, sem prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o, para os postos se adequar ao decreto \u00e9 de 10 dias, a partir do recebimento do decreto. \u201cTodos os postos revendedores de combust\u00edveis automotivos precisam cumprir o que o decreto determina sob pena de serem adotadas as medidas legais cab\u00edveis\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<p>O documento entregue pela diretora e a fiscal do Procon de Erechim serve para orientar e comprovar a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o. O decreto, comenta Andressa, cita o artigo 55 \u00a7 4\u00ba, do C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor. \u201c\u00c0 recusa \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es ou o desrespeito \u00e0s determina\u00e7\u00f5es e convoca\u00e7\u00f5es dos PROCON\u2019S, como \u00d3rg\u00e3os integrantes do Sistema Nacional de Defesa do Consumidor (SNDC), pode caracterizar crime de desobedi\u00eancia, sem preju\u00edzo da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o das san\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas previstas na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o correlata em vigor\u201d, relata.<\/p>\n<p>Em Erechim, o Procon est\u00e1 vinculado \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Gest\u00e3o e Governan\u00e7a, e \u00e9 mantido com recursos municipais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Endere\u00e7os e telefone<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Procon est\u00e1 localizado na rua It\u00e1lia, n. 135, bairro Centro.
